By booking an appointment or using the services of Perfect Beauty by Zoe, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before attending your appointment.

We provide professional beauty treatments in a safe, hygienic, and friendly environment. Your satisfaction and safety are our priority.
Appointments can be made via phone, email, social media, or booking platforms.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. Arriving late may result in a shorter session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your treatment and you may be charged in full.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
We understand emergencies happen — please get in touch as soon as possible if you can’t make it.
Clients must complete a consultation form before receiving any treatment.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your appointment. This ensures treatments are safe and suitable for you.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may cause harm or is contraindicated.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g. tinting, lash lifts) at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to book your patch test in advance.
Failure to have a patch test may result in your treatment being cancelled and a charge applied.
For safety and insurance reasons, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may not be permitted in treatment rooms.
Please do not bring extra guests unless necessary, as space is limited and we aim to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and electronic payments (details provided at appointment).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will be clearly communicated in advance.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
We do not offer refunds on treatments, but if you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
We strive to deliver the highest standard of service and will always do our best to address any concerns.
Please take care of your personal items during your visit. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to belongings.
Your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
